Tanja Hagedorn

Tanja Hagedorn is a peacebuilder, facilitator, and advocate for gender equity with over 25 years’ experience working across continents and communities.

Tanja holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, a Graduate Certificate in International Relations, and a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies. Tanja is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces for dialogue, healing, and transformation, particularly at the intersection of culture, faith, and identity.

She strives to empower others, challenge injustice, and support sustainable social change. In addition to her work as Queensland Education Coordinator for Together for Humanity, she serves on the Board of The Movement for the Ordination of Women (MOW) and was formerly a Director at Peace and Conflict Studies Institute Australia (PaCSIA).
